CERVEZA EGIPTO
La cerveza apareció por primera vez en el antiguo Egipto. Se empezaron a cultivar cultivos de cebada en la orilla del Nilo para la elaboración de cerveza.
Su invento se atribuye al dios Osiris, dios que hace regenerar cada año las cosechas del Nilo.
La cerveza a parte de tener un valor alimenticio ( ya que la consumía la clase baja y alta) también tenía aplicaciones medicinales.
La cerveza del antiguo egipto no era 100% cebada, usaban otros cereales importados de Turquía o Palestina porque la cebada era muy cara.
También había otros tipos de cerveza, la salada y la dulce. La dulce se conseguía añadiendo dátiles o miel.
