PACHAMANKA
Es un plato del pueblo quechua.
Ingredientes:
Carne de cordero, cerdo y vacuno
Humitas dulces
Patatas sin pelar
Habas
Rocoto
Queso blanco
Sal y aceite
Huacatay
Procedimiento:
-Se adoban las carnes de un día para otro.
-Se preparan las humitas con maíz molido.
-Se fríen las patatas y las habas
-Se calientas bien dos piedras.
-Se añade la carne y todos los demás alimmentos.
-Se sirve el plato en un cuenco con hucatay.

-The humitas are prepared with ground corn.
-The potatoes and beans arefried.
-Two stones are heated well.
-The meat and all the other foods are added.
-The dish is served in a bowl with hucatay.
