PATASKA

Es un plato típico de la región de Antofagasta.

Ingredientes:
-1 kg de maíz
-1 kg de patatas
-1/2 kg de carne de vacuno
-1/2 kg de guata de callo
-2 cebollas
-Aceite
-Ajo y cilantro

Procedimiento:
-Limpiar y remojar el maíz.
-Se pone en una olla a cocer el maíz con la guata.
-En una sartén se fríe la cebolla y se añade la carne y el ajo.
-Se cuecen las patatas.
-Se mezcla todo y se le añade más agua si es necesario.

-2 onions
-Oil
-Garlic and cilantro

Process:
-Clean and soak de corn.
-It is put on a pot to cook the corn with the wadding.
-In a pan fly the onion and add the meat and garlic.
-The potatoes are cooked
-Mix everything and add more water if is necessary.
