Aunque a nosotros nos parezca increíble, en Perú la tortuga es un alimento muy común.
El caparazón se suele usar como cuenco para cocer las vísceras y así conservar el sabor.
Althouhgt it seems incredible to us, in Peru the turtle is a very common food.
The species that consumed is the turtle motelo.
It takes advantages of the meat, viscera and the shell.
The shell is usually used as a bowl to cook the viscera and thus preserve the flavor.
